Does Trilastin work for stretch marks?

i have really bad stretch marks on my arms and my breasts. i've used a lot of products and nothing works. i heard good things about trilastin and wondered what the results were for people who have used it.

Stretch marks are there for life, unless cosmetic surgery...I found using plain old co-co butter bar is the best and a good tan...co-co butter bar also helps from getting stretch marks from weight gain through pregnancy..I don't know about these new products
